Current HR Research Projects

Please contact us if you have any interesting case studies, including your own organisation, or if you would like to sponsor any new research.

HR Global Professional Development
Sponsored by Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC)

This project aims to identify leading organisations in human resources to find out how they build and develop great HR professionals. We are particularly interested in identifying best practice examples across the world. The research will, of course, be published to all respondents and CAHRR Advisory Board members.

Psychometric Assessment: The Future
CAHRR, in association with the European HR Forum and Talent Q

We are investigating new approaches to psychometric assessment. For more information, please consult the following PDF document: Assessment.

Customer Friendly Staff
In association with Lloyds TSB

CAHRR, in association with Lloyds TSB, is investigating the characteristics that can create exceptional customer service. The first phase focused on developing recruitment criteria that would identify the best potential candidates (research report 'recruiting customer friendly staff' will be available by 14th August 2006 in our HR research area). Phase 2 will investigate the conditions within which those staff can deal with customers in the most friendly fashion.
